Join the testers group
Sign in with the Google account you use on your phone and tap “Join group”. This adds you to the tester list — required before Google Play will show you the app.

Become a tester
Open the opt-in page with the same Google account and tap “Become a tester”. This unlocks the WindRose listing for your account.

Download it on Google Play
You're in! Install WindRose from Google Play. If it still says the app isn't available, give it a few minutes after step 2 and refresh.
