METER ZENTRA on WindRose.
ATMOS 41 all-in-one weather stations on ZL6 and ATMOS 41W loggers. WindRose reads ZENTRA Cloud with a token you create, and keeps the full history.
What you need
- A ZENTRA Cloud account with the logger on it, with the User, Editor or Administrator role. A Viewer can see a logger but cannot read its data.
- A ZENTRA Cloud API token.
Step by step
Sign in to ZENTRA Cloud, open the account menu and copy your API token.
In WindRose open Stations, then Add station, and choose METER ZENTRA Cloud.
Paste the token and press Look up.
Pick the logger, check its place on the map, name the station and save.
Worth knowing
This integration is in beta. It follows METER’s published API v5 documentation and is being confirmed on real stations. If a value looks wrong, write to us from the link below.
ZENTRA lets each logger answer one data request a minute, shared with every other app that reads it. WindRose reads every five minutes, which matches how often the ATMOS 41 records.
History reaches back as far as ZENTRA keeps it: about two and a half years.
